Colo. 287 north of Fort Collins reopens
Colo. 287 north of Ted's Place has reopened after being closed early this morning because of adverse weather in Wyoming, the Colorado Department of Transportation announced.

In northern Colorado, all roads and highways are reported as dry.

State snowpack continues to lag behind average
The northern Colorado river basins, in particular, are showing little water content of the snowpack as the region heads into the spring. Water experts say there is little chance the region can hit an average snowpack year at this late date.
