FORT COLLINS — Windsor’s Katie Olson prequalified for the 4A state meet in the shot put to highlight the performances of local athletes at the Runners Roost Invitational on Saturday.

Windsor’s 3,200-meter relay team posted a time of 10:05.44 to finish seventh and Lauren Bowers’ time of 2:27.92 was good enough for sixth place.

On the boy’s side, Jay Hess set a new personal mark in the triple jump, leaping 42-9.25 to place third, and the boys 3,200 relay team took fourth in 8:26.05. The Wizards 1,600 relay took fourth in 3:31.66.

The Wizards will host the Windsor Invite on Saturday at H.J. dudley Field.
