The regulations put into place for the disclosure of fracking chemicals is a step in the right direction, but are the penalties for non-disclosure just the cost of doing business?
Also, what about the possible release of carcinogens into the air we breath that isnt even noticed with the naked eye? We test for carbon monoxide along our roads but havent even considered the impacts of living next to a well in a subdivision of non-suspecting citizens. Dont we think its about time to care about people instead of profits by reckless profiteers?
My God, when they were drilling 24/7, 200 feet from our subdivision, people couldnt sleep from the noise of the drilling, which was followed by pumping of possible toxic chemicals into the ground and the possible release of poisonous gases during and after the process.
