Todd Stoffer and Alyson Goff of Bethesda, Md., announce their engagement to be married.

Alyson is the daughter of Amanda Goff of Richmond, Va. Alyson is a graduate of the University of Kentucky in 2007. She works with student development at the University of Maryland.

Todd is the son of Jay and Jill Stoffer of Windsor. He is a 2003 graduate of Windsor High School, and 2009 graduate of Colorado State University. Todd works for a web marketing company in Bethesda, Md.

An October 2012 wedding is being planned in Virginia.
