Clouds will increase again today as the next storm bears down on Colorado. This has prompted winter weather alerts for the high country west of the divide, in anticipation of another foot of snow there.
While the snow totals will be much lower on the plains and here in northern Colorado, there is a slim chance some light snow may fall early on Presidents' Day. This system will, however, bring in some cooler air with it.
After a nice weekend warm-up, highs will revert to the 30s again in Greeley for the holiday. When this storm moves out, the weather will transition back to a quiet pattern for much of the upcoming work week.
