Red Cross to hold prevention fair

The Northern Colorado Red Cross, along with the Eaton fire and police departments and Bond Chiropractic and Rehabilitation will present the Have a Heart, Save a Heart: Disaster and Disease Prevention Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Events at the fair include live fire extinguisher demonstrations by the fire department, free fingerprinting by the police department, and diabetes, blood pressure and scoliosis screenings by Eaton Family Care. There also is a chance to win big prizes in exchange for donations made to the Red Cross. There will be pizza provided by Eaton Pizza and cookies provided by Subway, both of which can be purchased with donations.

TO GO: The prevention fair will place at 1st Street between Elm and U.S. 85 in Eaton. All donations will be accepted at Bond Chiropractic and Rehabilitation on 125 1st St. For more information, call (970) 454-3351.
