The purpose of the grant program is to fund projects that support Colorado's rural health infrastructure and strengthen the capacity of rural entities to provide primary care services, according to a press release.
Only organizations that are located outside of Colorado's urbanized areas and that provide outpatient primary care services -- including medical, oral, and mental health services -- are eligible to apply. Letters of intent are requested by March 18, and the application deadline is May 15. Additional information and grant application details are available at www.coruralhealth.org/crhc/programs/ruralgrant.htm
