3 new businesses to open at Centerra

Three new businesses will join The Marketplace at Centerra this spring and summer.
McWhinney said Shoe Carnival, a home sales center for G.J. Gardner Homes, and Taliesence, a full-service hair salon will locate in Centerra, near the intersection of U.S. 34 and Interstate 25 in Loveland.
Shoe Carnival is a leading retailer of brand and private label shoes. It will take a 7,500 square-foot location in July. Gardner is a custom home builder and it will open a 1,400 square-foot office in June, while Taliesence opens Wednesday in a 1,400 square-foot location.
With the additions, the shopping center is 95 percent occupied, according to a McWhinney press release.
