The Windsor Community Chorale will present its spring concert at 7 p.m. Friday at the Faith United Church of Christ, 1030 Walnut St.
The program will range from familiar modern songs to songs from Finland. There will also be a very familiar song that most don’t know came from France.
The choir is under the direction of Dr. Alise Brown, a member of the music department at the University of Northern Colorado.
The Windsor Community Chorale is a non-auditioning group that rehearses at Faith United Church of Christ on Monday evenings. There are two sessions — a spring session that generally runs January to May, and a winter session that runs from September to December.
The chorale presents the winter and spring concerts for the community each year and also enjoy giving special performances for retirement facilities and at community events.
New members are always welcome at the beginning of each new session. Membership is not limited to Windsor residents.
