Applications for free and reduced meals to be arriving by mail

Free and reduced meal applications will be distributed to families via mail based upon income and family size as decided by Weld Re-4 School District.

For example a family with four members earning $31,005 would be eligible for free meals. The application will allow children to receive either free or reduced price lunches. Families receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits or Food Distribution Program on Indian Distributions need only to fill out the children’s names, name of the person receiving the program benefits, respective case number and the signature of an adult household member. Foster children are also eligible regardless of the household income. For more information and to find applications visit: Or to appeal a denied application, contact Laura Stoneman at (970) 686-8018.
