Marina Doce sells out in a month

The Water Valley Land Co. in Windsor announced that the Marina Doce subdivision, located in Water Valley South off New Liberty Road, has sold out.

According to a news release from the Water Valley Land Company, Marina Doce consists of 12 lots ranging in size from 30,000–40,000 square feet, and the multiple transactions have occurred over the past 30 days and no lots remain for purchase.

“We never dreamed it would happen in one month, but with our lakes being full in the middle of another drought solidifies how truly special Water Valley is,” said Martin Lind, president of Water Valley Land Co., in the news release. “We all knew once the secret of these exceptional Marina Doce lots and this exclusive development got out, they would flame out to the market. Our other waterfront lots on Eagle Lake are also generating unusual activity for this time of year. Water front in Colorado is truly priceless.”

The listing realtor for Water Valley was Marissa Donahoo and Ryan Bach of Eagle Rock ReMax.

“The activity surrounding the sale of these lots was tremendous. We actually have several more buyers wanting these super custom, boat access lots and now we’re sold out,” said Donahoo in the news release.

The Marina Doce lots are beach front, have gated access and residents enjoy exclusive power boating access to Lake Water Valley.
