Windsor Community Playhouse lowers age to 13 for acting classes; three one-act comedies Friday

The Windsor Community Playhouse will be offering acting classes taught by stage and film acting veteran Don Kraus. There will be six sessions at 10 a.m. Saturdays beginning this Saturday (Sept. 15), Sept. 22 and 29, Oct. 20 and 27 and Nov. 3.

According to the WCP, Krauss has given the OK to students 13 and above to attend the workshop. Those under 13 who are interested must be interviewed by Kraus before acceptance.

The classes will not be geared to only young students but to people of all ages.

The cost will be $150 for the six-week course and payment arrangements are available. The minimum amount of students will be 10. Classes will run about two hours each.

In other WCP news, three one-act comedies will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the playhouse, 561 E. Garden Drive, Unit A. in Windsor.
