Windsor’s Wing Shack planning for busy Super Bowl Sunday

Super Bowl Sunday will be super busy for the folks at Wing Shack in Windsor and northern Colorado.

Wing Shack is stocked up with nearly four tons of chicken and ready for business on the busiest wing day of the year, said Wing Shack officials.

This year, Wing Shack has two new locations (including Windsor), making a total of four access points to help meet the demand in northern Colorado. According to a news release from the company, Wing Shack will not only have enough wings to meet the demand but it will also maintain its quality standards of using only natural, fresh never frozen chicken.

“Sunday will definitely push us to the edge, but we are prepared, ready to rock and even welcoming the madness. Pre-orders are the way to go,” said Brian Seifried, Wing Shack owner.

Seifried said with limited storage space, the coolers are packed, the sauces are made and the celery is cut in advance so that each shack is prepared to be pushed to its maximum capacity.

Wing Shack opened its first location in June 2004 in Garden City and now has four northern Colorado Locations: Garden City 2704 8th Ave., Loveland 528 E. 29th St., West Greeley 1815 65th Ave. and Windsor 1261 Main St.. All four locations are locally owned and operated by Seifried. Go to www.wingshackwings.com or find it on Facebook and twitter @wingshackwings for more information.
