HOT DOG POSING AS FINGER FOUND INSIDE GLOVE IN ALLEY
At 12:20 p.m. Oct. 6, police were called to the 100 block of Oak Street on a report of suspicious activity. A man told police that he found a rubber glove in the alley behind his home, and he thought it looked suspicious. The man showed police the glove, which appeared to have something in one of the fingers. There was a rubber band around the finger that had something in it. Police cut the rubber band and looked inside the glove where they found a hot dog or sausage. Police disposed of the contents into a Town of Windsor trash can.
TRASH SPREAD ALL OVER MAN’S LAWN AND PORCH: On Oct. 3, police met with a man at the 400 block of Norwood Court regarding someone spreading trash all over his lawn and porch. The man told police that sometime between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 2 and 5:30 a.m. Oct. 3, an unknown person pulled trash out of the neighbor’s trash can and placed it on his property. The man said there were trash items intentionally placed on the porch, and it would not have been consistent with the wind. The man said he has a good relationship with the neighbors where the trash came from, and doesn’t suspect them. He told police that his teenaged children have not had any problems with other teens. He said there was no one he would suspect having done this to him.
