Aims President Leah Bornstein appointed to Continuous Quality Improvement Network Executive Committee

The executive committee of a national network designed to assist community college CEOs recently appointed Aims Community College President Leah Bornstein as a member at-large.
A news release from Aims announced Bornstein's appointment to the Continuous Quality Improvement Network Executive Committee.
The network is designed to assist community college CEOs with active organizational transformation via out-of-box learning and sharing best practices, according to the release.
The Network, limited to 50 community college leaders, develops strategies to enhance active institutional learning for faculty, staff and trustees.
As part of her executive committee responsibilities, Bornstein will assist with the planning of the CQIN Summer Institute, an educational experience designed for college CEOs and teams to learn about talent development, according to the release.
During the program, the Aims team will participate in interactive learning activities and benefit from "team time" to discuss key concepts and translate them into actionable solutions that fit the unique needs of Aims Community College, according to the release.
