NoCo Hemp Expo begins Friday

The industrial hemp convention NoCo Hemp Expo will take place Friday and Saturday at The Ranch Events Complex, 5280 Arena Circle, Loveland.

Speakers and exhibitors will focus Friday on industry and on consumers Saturday. Keynote speakers will include John Roulac, founder and CEO of hemp food producer Nutiva, Bob Hoban, managing partner of the Hoban Law Group and James Woolsey, former CIA director.

Products made from or incorporating hemp will be on display, including clothing and apparel, food, botanical extracts, bio-plastics, building materials and more. Hemp machinery, processing and service providers will also attend, from those who do planting and harvesting to those who work with nanotechnologies.

"There's no place on the planet for those interested in the hemp industry where they can go to learn more and to get connected," NoCo Hemp Expo Founder Morris Beegle stated in a release. "From policy makers and legislators, to big cultivators and processors, to the most creative product manufacturers, to the leaders in research, you'll find them under one roof in Loveland this week."
