Robert W. Bob Williams, 75, of Greeley died Thursday, Aug. 11, at his home.
He was born March 14, 1930, in Lorenzo, Neb., to Hugh Everett and Lela O. (Pearson) Williams.
On June 8, 1954, he married his childhood sweetheart, Mona L. Wood, in Peetz.
Mr. Williams grew up in Peetz and served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a dryland wheat farmer near Peetz for 18 years and managed the Peetz Phone Co.
In 1968, he and his family moved to Greeley, where he continued his education and worked for the Weld County Ambulance Service and the Weld County Hospital as an anesthetist. Later, he was a partner in New Horizons Real Estate and worked as a Realtor, broker and owner. He also was a regional manager for HUD. He was a founder and co-owner in 1993 of Hometown Art and Framing and Tri-City Paint with his wife, son and daughter-in-law and was still active in the business.
Mr. Williams was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Sterling and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Lions Club, Odd Fellows Lodge and the United Methodist Church, all in Peetz. He also was a member of the Board of Realtors in Greeley. He loved his grandchildren, animals and conversation.
Survivors are his wife, Mona L. Williams of Greeley; a daughter, Susan Bjorland and husband Dale, and a son, Steven Robert Williams and wife Beth, all of Greeley; seven grandchildren, Clayton Bjorland, Angela Baird and husband Nick, Jennifer Bjorland, Benjamin Williams, James Bjorland, Lisa Williams and Jenna Williams.
Also surviving are three brothers, Hugh Rodney Williams of Peetz, Stanley Allen Williams of Flagstaff, Ariz., and David Everett Williams of Greeley, and several nieces and nephews. His parents are deceased.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Greeley Wesleyan Church, 3600 22nd St. Cremation. Private inurnment will be at a later date.

Virginia Villarreal, 88, of Greeley died Tuesday, Aug. 16, at North Colorado Medical Center, Greeley.
She was born Jan. 8, 1917, in Carrizo Springs, Texas, to Guillermo Thomas and Maria Castro.
On Sept. 28, 1940, she married Manuel Villarreal in Moorehead, Minn.
Mrs. Villarreal visited the San Juan Shrine in Texas. She collected antiques and owned Virginias Gift Shop in the early 1970s. She was loving, giving and positive and people were drawn to her lovable personality. She loved to dance and enjoyed a variety of music, especially when her sons played and sang at gatherings and dances.
Survivors are her husband, Manuel Villarreal of Greeley; a daughter, Tina Hunt and husband Bob of Greeley; two sons, Jesse Villarreal and wife Della of Fort Collins and Guillermo Willie Villarreal and wife Tani of Greeley; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a niece, Sylvia Romero of Denver.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Margarita, and a sister, Juanita Montano.
Recitation of the rosary and funeral will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Stoddard Funeral Home. Cremation.
Friends may visit at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
