Pathways to host grand opening at new Greeley office

Northern Colorado nonprofit Pathways will hold a grand opening celebration from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. March 28 at its new Greeley office, 2525 16th St. At 5:30 p.m., Pathways will have a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Greeley Chamber of Commerce.

Pathways provides hospice care, as well as palliative care and grief and loss support. Everyone is welcome to enjoy light refreshments and learn more about Pathways.

Representatives will be available to answer questions throughout the day. Provider Relations representatives will be available all day. From 1:30-2:30 p.m., Grief and Loss representatives will be available. Development representatives will be available from 2:30-6:30 p.m. Palliative Care and Volunteers representatives will be available from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Since its founding in 1978, Pathways has provided hospice care throughout Larimer and Weld. Pathways has expanded services over time, including a complete palliative care program, bereavement counseling, serious illness counseling and more. Pathways' main office is located at 305 Carpenter Road in Fort Collins.
