State Farm hosting program Saturday in Windsor to help celebrate teen drivers

Windsor State Farm agents Scott Harper and Scott Horvath are hosting an event to help promote teens who earned the privilege to drive and obtained their driver’s license in a national program called Windsor Celebrate My Drive from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the Windsor-Severance Re-4 School District administration building, 1020 Main St., in Windsor.

The event is being hosted in conjunction with the Weld County Sheriff’s Office, Windsor Police Department and Drive Smart Weld County.

A news release from State Farm said that snacks, an iPad giveaway and interactive games will be offered as well as driver education safety materials.

The event is free and open to the community.
