Weld County seeks public suggestions for voter service, polling centers
March 15, 2014
The Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office will seek public suggestions for voter service and polling centers for the 2014 general election through March 31.
The voting centers will provide space for voters to vote in person, drop off mail ballots, request replacement ballots, and register to vote and update their voting information.
Five locations will be open for the two weeks before Election Day from Oct. 20, 2014, to Nov. 4, 2014, with four additional locations opening on Nov. 4.
Voting centers must be public locations with adequate parking, be handicap accessible according to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, be a secure room of at least 400 square feet with climate control and have sufficient electrical power.
Comments may be emailed to email@example.com or dropped off at the Weld County Elections office, 1401 N. 17th Ave. in Greeley.
