Windsor High School’s Music’s Annual Variety Show put on by Wizardry, Wizdom, Concert Choir and Chamber Ensemble will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the high school auditorium, 1100 Main St. Tickets are $5.
The show is called, “Everybody Has A Story” and was written by WHS Principal Michelle Scallon.
According to a choir department news release, it is the story of one man’s life told in some funny skits and a walk through music.
“It’s really cool. Our ‘Old Man’ is (former assistant principal) Forrest Boggs,” WHS choir director Sue Premer said. “The music is really terrific, as it tells the story of where he grew up and what he did in high school. It includes a patriotic set depicting his military service, a work set ‘Nine to Five’ and ‘Hard Day’s Night,’ a retirement set and it ends with ‘Happy’ from ‘Despicable Me.’
Premer said there are about 100 students in the production.
