Windsor Law & Order for Dec. 8

HOME GETS HIT WITH TOILET PAPER FOR THIRD TIME IN WEEK At 10:38 p.m. Nov. 27, police were called to the 400 block of Hemlock Drive regarding a prank where a home was covered with toilet paper. Police searched the area, but did not observe any suspicious activity. The homeowner told police it was the third time in a week his house was targeted. He told police he had a feeling it could have been teenagers who live east of the residence. The man told police he was upset and wished to press charges if the suspects were located. The homeowner set up a video camera in an attempt to capture the suspects on video. Police suggested purchasing a motion light, and told the man that police would request extra patrol in the area.
