Gov. Hickenlooper reappoints Windsor resident to Workforce Development Council

Gov. John Hickenlooper reappointed a Windsor resident as chairman of the Workforce Development Council.

In a news release Tuesday, Hickenlooper announced Jay Mark Hardy of Windsor would serve another term as a business representative and chairman on the council, with a term expiring Sept. 28, 2019.

The council consists of representatives from the business community and state agencies. In consultation with the business community and state agencies, the council advises the governor on matters regarding the employment and training needs of the state and on workforce development plans and strategy, according to the release.
