The closures come after Guaranty Bank officials announced in March that Guaranty Bank would merge with Loveland-based Home State Bank to form one of the largest Colorado-based bank holding companies, with about $3.3 billion in total assets, according to the Denver Business Journal.
The closures leave Guaranty with 32 branches across the Front Range, including two in Greeley.
