Frank Lee DeSylvia, 82, of Windsor passed away Oct. 9, 2016 in Fort Collins.
Frank was born Jan. 17, 1934 in San Francisco to Anthony and Phyllis (Grider) Sylvia.

He joined the Air Force and spent 21 years working for his country, retiring as a jet engine technician in 1977. He was a Vietnam Veteran who served three tours in the war. He was a POW Survivor. He also served two tours in Okinawa, Japan and was stationed in California, Texas, North Carolina, Turkey, Thailand and Greenland.
On Aug. 7, 1982 he married Mary Ann (Fritzler) Clouse in Windsor. Frank worked for the Weld RE-4 School District in Windsor as a bus mechanic and driver from 1981-1989.
Mr. DeSylvia attended Aims Community College, enjoyed camping, designing and building projects for his family, watching the San Francisco 49ers, watching Star Trek with his grandchildren, fishing and computers.
Frank is survived by his wife, Mary Ann of Windsor; daughter, Wanda Jo (Eric) Bradley of Greeley; son, Dwayne Lee DeSylvia of Parker; step-daughter, Charron Feuerstein of Berthoud; brother, Patrick (Patricia) DeSylvia of California; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his aunt, Helen Haley.
A memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, at Marks Funeral Chapel, 9293 Eastman Park Drive, Windsor. Inurnment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor.

Derek Doyle Prescott

Derek Doyle Prescott, 17 of Kersey passed away as the result of an auto accident on Oct. 8, 2016. Derek was born May 19, 1999, in Greeley to Nikki and Loy Prescott.
Derek was a junior at Platte Valley High School. He was a competitive athlete participating in track and basketball. He has been a member of both varsity teams since he was a freshman. Derek was the captain of the basketball team. He competed and placed in State track both his freshman and sophomore year. His relay teams currently hold multiple school records.
Derek professed his faith through baptism at Kersey Community Church. He was a strong believer in Christ and demonstrated his faith daily through his words and actions. Derek was also involved in Cherub Choir, AWANA, Sunday school and youth activities at the church.
Derek also enjoyed golf, four wheeling, and had a love of music. He was a practical joker and had a bit of a mischievous side. He loved to pick on his family, especially his mother, Nikki. Derek was a hard worker, energetic, and ambitious. He was very loving, kind hearted, and compassionate–usually sticking up for those that could not stick up for themselves, and always giving of himself to help others. He had a special bond with all of his grandparents, especially his grandmother, Shirley.
Derek is survived by his parents, Nikki and Loy Prescott of Kersey; sister, Ashlee Prescott of Kersey; grandparents, Shirley Jean Prescott of Kersey and Don and Ann Roth of Evans; uncle, Tom Prescott of Kersey; aunt, Darla (Rod) Lohr and their children Richard (Nicole) of Greeley, Melissa (Ryan) Brethauer and their son, Axton of Kersey, Moria (Sean) Sappington and daughter, Paige of Kersey, Darrius, Jumaal and Rusty Lohr of Eaton; aunt, Laurie (Bob) Bergquist of Humble, Texas and their children, Beth Bergquist (Jeff Guindon) of Bexley, Ohio, Jamie (Brian) Colsrud and their children, Brileigh and Peyton of Clear Lake, Iowa and Brian (Jessica) Bergquist of North Liberty, Iowa; aunt, Cindy Schulte and her children Richele and Michaela of Cheyenne, Wyo.; uncle, Keith (Christina) Roth and their children, Emalee, Kyle, and Jayce of Greeley; and aunt, Deanne (Brad) Bunting and their children, Brendan, Brooke, Bree, and Bryla of Kersey; and girlfriend, Lauren Frink of Eaton.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Doyle Prescott; cousin, Riley Lohr; great-grandparents, Alfred and Emma VonFeldt, George and Elizabeth Roth, Tom and Viola Raine and Dale and Ethel Prescott.
A visitation was held in Derek's honor from 3-6 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at the Kersey Community Church, 26221 Co Rd 53, Kersey. Services were held at 8 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at Kersey Community Church. Interment was at Eaton Cemetery, Christian Blvd, Eaton, Colo. Reception immediately followed at the Kersey Community Church Memorial Building.

Dec. 13, 1939- Sept. 25, 2016
Bill Siebert, 76 of Greeley, passed away at Life Care Center of Greeley on September 25, 2016. He was born Dec. 13, 1939 in Fort Collins to Emmett and Maxine (Challgren) Siebert. Bill married Shirleyann Labriola on May 21, 1962 in Denver. She died on March 21, 2012.
Bill, a longtime Greeley resident, graduated from Windsor High School and earned his Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. He retired from Siebert and Associates, P.C., an accounting firm, in 2014.
Bill belonged to Rotary, the Elks and Tau Kappa Epsilon. He was a longtime supporter of the Boys Club and was a Hospice board member. An avid golfer, he was a past president of the Greeley Country Club.
He is survived by his sisters, Sandra Kruse and Patricia Woollard; brother-in-law Gene Labriola; nieces, Kirsten Breedlove, Heather Hawbaker and Michelle Labriola; nephew, Mike Kruse; 7 grand nieces and nephews; and by special friend Jane Wood.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shirleyann and his parents.
A memorial service was held at 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at the Allnutt Macy Chapel with a reception that followed in the Allnutt Reception Center. Inurnment was held at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
